The Support & Partner Forum has merged with the Riverbed Community Forum. The new site will be community.riverbed.com and will contain all the posts and users from both forums. The goal is to have one complete forum for all the Riverbed community, including partners, customers, and the public.
Members of the Support & Partner Forum will have their user IDs and posts migrated, but they will need to reset their passwords.
*Note: For people with accounts on both forums, if the email address is the same, those accounts will be merged. If the email address is not the same, they will have two separate accounts.
To reset your password for the new site:
- Click Sign In along the top part of the community.riverbed.com window.
- Click “Need Help With Your Login Name or Password.”
- Enter you email address.
- Click Reset Password. The system will send you an email.
- Click the Reset Password link in the email. A reset password page opens in a web browser.
- Provide your new password and click Save Changes. You will be logged in and your new password is now effective.
The system will send you a new password and you will now have access.
During login, the forum determines your permissions and access – if you are a customer, partner, Riverbed employee, RCSP, or public user.
