The enhanced Riverbed® Services Platform (RSP) is an open platform that provides customers with the capability to run up to five additional services and applications virtually on VMware in a protected partition on the Steelhead® appliance. Customers are able to run various services and packages in this virtual partition, including ones not qualified by Riverbed. Please note: Riverbed is not endorsing any statements on this page, and does not provide support for third-party packages running in RSP. Riverbed Technology Alliance partners that are “RSP Ready” have passed specific testing criteria to show that Riverbed has validated the package to run in RSP on the Steelhead appliance. Third-party software packages running in RSP that are not “RSP Ready” have not been tested and validated by Riverbed. Please read the forum guidelines for more information.
