Hi Roy,
It's hard to tell if there's anything wrong here, unless you are getting complaints from other sources. The Steelhead says it's retransmitting about 0.2% of its packets, which can be considered normal in many environments. The TCP timeouts could be network-related, or server-related (e.g., overloaded server).
I would assume things are okay unless your users are reporting issues, or if some network reporting tool is complaining. Not trying to be a salesman here, but Riverbed Cascade would allow you to pinpoint a problem pretty quickly here if there was one.

Can you please help me explain about this report, the tcp connection shows large number of timeout and tcp loss events.
In interfaces, there is no error occurs. Thanks
